This simple Smartfish was drawn and build in one day, to test the center of gravity, control surface effectiveness and EDF performance.
I had to add some lead, so try to concentrate most of the RC gear weight in the nose.
It flies great, a real floater. I've used a bungee to start it, but that's really not necessary. The small EDF-40 screams at 50.000 rpm, and has enough power for a simple hand launch.
